Greenland Specialist Photography Voyage

Overview

This unique voyage combines a focus on photography with one of Greenland's most stunning areas, Scoresby Sund, the largest fjord system in the world. By September the sea ice has moved northwards offering a short window of opportunity to explore this otherwise remote, ice blocked area.

Led by veteran Arctic Expeditionary leader, Rinie van Meurs, a renowned and published photographer in his own right, and accompanied by Dutch photographer Wim Broekman, you will travel at a slower pace with more time at each place for photography than a typical expedition to this area. The gigantic icebergs, autumnal colours of the tundra, pulsating Northern Lights and fleet of wing gyr falcon will all offer fantastic challenges to the photographer, regardless of experience.
