BOTSWANA ELEPHANT, LEOPARD + WILD DOG STUDY TOUR

Botswana Elephant, Leopard & Wild Dog Study Tour

Overview

Botswana is famous for having some of the largest remaining herds of elephant - its sparsely populated landscapes make it an ideal habitat for studying these intelligent creatures. Leopard and wild dog specialists are also undertaking vital research here, setting up long-term ecological programmes monitoring these elusive predators.

Discovery Initiatives is proud to be working in collaboration with these exciting projects and as a result we can now offer you a unique opportunity to go backstage on wildlife research, learning study techniques, tracking elephants, leopard and wild dog and understanding their remarkable behavioural patterns during this fascinating wilderness safari.
