This intimate, rustic lodge offers en suite accommodation in eight spacious traditional stone cottages allowing excellent views towards the pristine tropical rain forests of the area. Making use of local materials wherever possible - matting, wooden floors and hand crafted furnishings as well as the locally woven bedspreads gives the lodge a very Ugandan feel.The relaxed atmosphere and warm welcome makes this a good mid range option for those conscious of budget.

 

Wildlife
Gorillas, excellent birding, butterflies (over 200 species), 11 other species of primate including chimpanzees (rarely seen), bushbuck, duiker – and a small herd of forest elephants, but you’d be lucky to see them!
